As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we proudly recognize the remarkable contributions of women who have shaped the insurance and automotive industries through their innovation, leadership, and determination. Their impact has not only transformed these fields but also paved the way for future generations to succeed and lead.

Today, women are making powerful strides across the industry. According to the Insurance Information Institute, women represent 59% of the insurance workforce, reflecting their significant presence and influence. Leadership representation continues to grow as well — McKinsey reports that 104 women are promoted to management roles for every 100 men in insurance, surpassing the average of 87 women across all industries. Additionally, women now hold 40% of board seats in the sector, highlighting their expanding role at the highest levels of leadership.
