Commercial Auto Insurance Center Representative

Seeking professionals experienced in processing and servicing commercial automobile insurance policies. These representatives provide exceptional customer service to producers, policy holders, and potential customers seeking product information. Other duties include processing new business, rewrites, endorsements, and cancellations, as well as confirming eligibility.

The ideal candidates will possess the ability to:

• Promote professional working relationships between MAIF and  producers and consumers
• Maintain superior customer service experience; provide accurate product/process information to callers; promote flexibility in handling complex transactions
• Triage incoming calls thoroughly and quickly
• Work with Marketing team in providing training on new/updated products, online tools, processes, and procedures

Qualified candidates will have at least four years of experience processing and servicing automobile insurance policies and products, including experience in commercial lines.  Must have a working knowledge of ISO Commercial Rules and Rating.  CPCU and/or a bachelor degree is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English is also a plus.
